Club History The earliest recorded women's lacrosse club in New South Wales, the St Georges Ladies Lacrosse Club, was formed in 1913. A meeting of ladies interested in the formation of a lacrosse club in the Illawarra district was held at the Kogarah School of Arts. 29 ladies intimated they were willing to cooperate in the movement.
